Jennifer Bednard practises civil litigation and estate planning at Lakes,
Whyte LLP in North Vancouver. In her spare time, she is a dancer and volunteer
with the Association of United Ukrainian Canadians.
Catherine Fedder is a Crown prosecutor with Criminal Appeals and Special
Prosecutions in Vancouver. She has been practising for 31 years.

Adam Howden-Duke is a partner at Guild Yule, LLP, where he practises
commercial and general insurance defence litigation.
D. Barry Kirkham, Q.C., graduated from the University of Alberta as the
gold medallist in law. In 2019 he retired from practice after many years as
a commercial litigator at Owen Bird.
Joven Narwal is a past president of the Vancouver Bar Association and the
current principal of Narwal Litigation LLP, which focuses on criminal
defence. He is a member of the Tsawwassen First Nation Judicial Council.
Jim Reynolds is associate counsel with Mandell Pinder LLP and former
general counsel for the Musqueam Indian Band in Vancouver.
The Honourable Judge Ann Rounthwaite was called to the bar of British
Columbia in 1976 and practised criminal law until her appointment to the
Provincial Court in 1986. She retired in 2010.
Elisabeth A. Sadowski is a litigation lawyer practising personal injury,
employment and general civil litigation. She is currently the second vicepresident
of the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C. Outside of the law, Elisabeth
serves on the boards of Parkinson Society BC and CLICK: Contributing
,0to Lives of Inner City Kids.
The Honourable Jon Sigurdson was lead guitarist of Surf Lawyers from
Mars and is a retired member of the all-judge band No Reserves. Jon did not
go to school with Mick Jagger.
