Anita Boscariol moves from the Department of Indigenous and Northern

Randal Dhaliwal, Paul Grewal, Jason Harris and Kareem Jetha all
move from Roxwal Lawyers to establish a new Surrey office for Fasken.
Mary N. Childs comes aboard at Miller Thomson’s Vancouver office, having
been with Ethos Law Group. Blair G. McRadu moves to Vancouver to
join Lawson Lundell from Barker & Company in Squamish. Norman Chow
(formerly of Burns Fitzpatrick), Rob Monterio (formerly a sole practitioner)
and Gordon K. Mitchell (formerly of Murphy & Co.) have teamed
up to form Jade Business Law. J. Geoffrey Howard moved on from Roper
Greyell and recently joined MEP Business Counsel (Michael, Evrensel &
Pawar LLP). Avery Saunders and David Ford are now with Clark Wilson,
moving from Miller Titerle + Company. After 28½ years, Brenda Benham
retired from the B.C. Securities Commission and has plans to embark on a

with the Health Employers Association of BC. Erin R. Gray, formerly a sole
practitioner, joins the Victoria office of Arbutus Law Group. Christine J.K.
Oberti leaves the world of shipping at Teekay Shipping (Canada) Ltd. to join
Clark Wilson. Yuji Matson moves to Lindsay Kenney from Larlee Rosenberg.
Samantha Chang joins McEwan Partners having previously been a
litigator at Fasken. Ainsley M. Reimer is now with Hammerberg Lawyers,
moving from Whitelaw Twining Law. Also joining Hammerberg Lawyers is
Kevin Yee who was with Stevens Virgin. Martin Buhler moves to Nanaimo
to join Lampman Rhodes, leaving Fraser Litigation.
