The Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal is seeking members to hear appeals
on decisions made by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction
under the Employment and Assistance and Employment and Assistance for Persons
with Disabilities legislation. The Tribunal also hears appeals of decisions made under
the Child Care Subsidy legislation.
