It is important that a lawyer be consulted in any special circumstances or before being committed to any unusual undertaking. Guidance is much less costly than litigation. Consult Your Lawyer YOUR WILL Wills may be simple, but they MUST be right. Printed will forms, used without advice, frequently fail to carry out the maker’s intention, cause distress to widows, children or other dependants. Deeds and other legal forms have been devised by lawyers as law office equipment. All legal forms are technical and should be used only by those trained or skilled in their use. Failure to comply with legal requirements in deeds and wills may involve costly litigation. Consult Your Lawyer BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY The first cost should be the last cost. If you plan to go into business, buy or build a house, buy a firm, enter into an agreement or make your will, it is sensible and good insurance to see a lawyer first. Countless laws, legal regulations and rulings, bylaws and ordinances are now in force, and their number is increasing all the time. All of these make caution necessary in any new or unusual undertaking. Consult Your Lawyer IGNORANCE OF THE LAW If you get into a law suit it is of no avail to say that you didn’t know the law. Before getting involved in any contract, mortgage, giving or taking security for a loan or advance of money, or in any other unusual situation, IT IS IMPORTANT to know the law and be sure of your protection. If the matter is not a complicated one you can be advised for a small fee. Consult Your Lawyer
