It is tested continually to confirm its purity and bottled at the source in a modern facility to ensure purity is maintained. Try its refreshing taste and you will agree—the difference is clear.” Well, sure. So-called spring water. Guns are, to put it mildly, a polarizing issue in the United States. Effective gun control is as difficult to achieve as desegregation was (and still is in the deep south). Sparked by the Orlando nightclub massacre and a string of other mass shootings a number of prominent law firms have formed a coalition with gun control groups. The firms have committed to tens of millions of dollars’ worth of free legal services for the cause. Rather than trying to counter the political headwinds, the coalition is intent on focusing on regulatory agencies. It will try to overturn state laws that have gone unchallenged and seek to challenge congressional restrictions on the publication of government data on gun violence. Given the president’s vow to uphold the Second Amendment, the coalition may be in for a tough fight. The Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife summarizes on its website regulations regarding “the spring turkey and spring squirrel hunting seasons”. When it comes to turkey, “resident and nonresident children younger than the age of 12 are not required to purchase licenses and permits”, though if they are hunting with a firearm, they must be accompanied by an adult.
