The ABA Journal lists the “top ten lawyers in comics”, including
“Daredevil” (who “not only graduated from Columbia Law, he
became the go-to lawyer for the whole stable of Marvel characters—
from Spider Man to the Hulk”) and “She-Hulk” (who
“made quite an impression during oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme
Court”). Read about the recent adventures of our local caped crusaders

Meghan Murtha, once with Norton Rose Fulbright, and Michelle F. Yung,
once with Cadillac Fairview Corporation, both joined Borden Ladner Gervais.
Scott Howie jumped from Edward, Kenny & Bray to Harper Grey. Margaret
(Maggie) Campbell and Mike Hamata have both left DLA Piper to set
up at Roper Greyell where they will continue to practise employment law.
Having left NerdCorps Entertainment Inc., Elyot R. Waller jumped to
Michael Evrensel & Pawar, a.k.a. MEP Business Counsel. Richard (Rick)
Bennett moved from Borden Ladner Gervais to DLA Piper. Sandra J.D.
Abley joined Harper Grey having previously been with BMO Wealth Management.
Kalev Anniko moved west to join Gehlen Dabbs, having previously
been with Koskie Minsky in Toronto. Aniz Alani is now the director
of property, risk management & legal services for the City of Abbotsford. He
was previously the corporate secretary with BC Hydro. Mathew P. Good left
Blake, Cassels & Graydon to start his own shop under the moniker Good Barristers.
Eric Lung joined Denton’s Vancouver office having moved from a
position with Stikeman Elliott in Toronto. Edwards, Kenny & Bray happily
